- Workout data: exercises, sets, reps, weight, and session history you log
- Profile information: unit preference, biological sex (optional), profile picture (optional)
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Ruutine app
- To generate AI coaching responses via Ruu (powered by Anthropic Claude API)
- To display your training history, progress, and statistics
- We do not sell your data to third parties
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely via Supabase. Workout data and account information are stored on Supabase servers.

- Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
- Anthropic — AI coaching via Claude API (anthropic.com/privacy)
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@ruutine.app
